Thanks for the info on the autofocus - saved me getting excited about this lens as I had been looking for a decent price for a 100mm macro for a while but really need the autofocus.
Some good prices on other camera gear if you are in the market. I picked up a Hoya 67mm Circular Polarizer Filter (antistatic) for $71 which is circa $30 cheaper than most stores in Australia.
I picked up a gobe polarizer filter, 77mm, for ~$3 a few days back.
I missed out on that :(

Please note that this is an older design. It doesn't have VR and (I believe) don't have a built-in auto-focus motor. Therefore, it will only auto-focus with Nikon's full-frame cameras and high-end DX cameras such as the D7200 and D500. Popular consumer models such as the D3000s and D5000s will have to Manual Focus with this lens.
