I have been experiencing some poor customer service lately.
I purchased two Oroton bags online.
One was covered in mildew.
I have contacted Oroton via email twice without any response.
I even included images of the bag with the mildew.
Are there any reps in this forum that can help me out with a replacement?

If you bought from oroton online, you can go directly in store. If still not handle the way you want, ask for a charge back on your credit card and when they tried to dispute it, raise your problem again. If it s from a third partie, good luck! As they can always say it s not from their manufacturer.
I thought they are out of business? Under administration or something.
