Seems like a promotional campaign. Hounded with emails and calls after submitting a quote. To the OP, this is a competition hosted by Autoguru, not Caltex, just so entrants are aware. Would be good to change the title of the competition.
The Promoter is Caltex per T&Cs but mods can change as they see fit since someone's reported it.
