Perfect time for a first post. While searching for upcoming PS4 games, I noticed Shenmue 1 & 2 will be available to download on the PS4 on the 21st of August. How did I not know earlier! Currently half way through 2 on the Dreamcast. Even at the standard price of $47.95 it's worth it.

So to those that don't know what the Shenmue hype is about, this is a must get.

Unfortunately these are not HD remakes. There are slight improvements. Movement will be available with the analogue stick, unlike the Dreamcast which used the d-pad. Also 2 is based on the Xbox version.

  Edit - To answer my own question, going with PS4 now as Xbox one is not getting Shenmue 3!!!

  Nice memories

  Its a highly recommended game that was way ahead of its time when it was released and I think it came out in the guiness world record for the most expensive game that was ever made by Sega/Yu Suzuki during its time.

  forgot to add…it has an amazing ost…..and can't wait to play it with original voice acting.
