It's made for people who don't actually need it…
"Maximum user weight: 120kg"
- Walk/jog on your side
- Buy two and join them together
It looks a bit cheap, why is it called "Premium ?"
Because it sounds more…. Premium??
it sounds more…. Premium??
but still looks cheap.
I didn't say it looks premium lol
I've assembled Aldi flatpack before and they had THE worst quality I've ever seen!
Done IKEA, Amart and many other brands.
Their boards are super thin, holes don't line up, board cracks when you try to screw in…
Good thing was it wasn't mine :p
It is an XS (Extra Small) Premium.
Like Big Mac 2018.
I lives in 2x2 room & its raining outside. Moon walking?
Hand in your OzBargain licence
@@@ Weep at corner & cries @@@
Or you could just line up every Wednesday and Saturday and race to the Special buys section once the doors open.
A few questions I have to ask before anyone else asks
- Are they suitable for walking your pet cat/dog?
- Would it make a good present for the missus or mother-in-law?
Will they price match this at Bunnings/Officeworks?
How long will it take some gym jerk / tech nerd to rant on how this product is inferior to a professional grade treadmill that is several times more expensive. We see it all the time when it comes to SSD, Computer and Television deals.
Yes
Yes but at your own risk
Yes
12.5 minutes
More road side collection land fill :p
Everyone is bagging the quality of these treadmills - they're actually one of the best you can get under $1000. I've had mine for 2 years and it's never skipped a beat. I know someone that has had one for 4 years and still uses it almost every day without any problems.
What's the width like? As mentioned, it does sound potentially too narrow for an adult bloke to use.
Walks like female model on it.
How is there a market for these things when the footpath is free to use and its often not raining or too crowded to use for exercise.
Footpath ends at end of block, then cars.
Can't watch TV on the footpath
Some people work long hours and don't have time to run outside when its light so having a treadmill is safer.
Or maybe someone that wants to work out but isn't comfortable running in public.
Or maybe someone wants sprints as part of a larger exercise regime where they can easily jump on the treadmill for a quick sprint and get to weights.
Or even to run on when they live in area thats not great for running?
Or to run on when the weather outside is like 37 degrees heat or raining or hailing….Lots of reasons.
Great deal OP!
great for public service, give them one of those stand up desks and add this, maybe they can get some exercise while on the PC at work and loose weight.
Some people bagging treadmills but obviously have no idea. People that run ultramarathons still use treadmills i.e when it's cold/windy/wet or just want to watch some netflix while racking up some easy k's.
Aldi usually sells quality stuff but a width of 45cm seems a bit narrow.
