    At its peak had about 3.6mil players concurrently now about a third of that (still huge numbers though). Even the release of the new map didn't stop the mass exodus last month.

    I have more fun with mates on PUBG (Xbox) than any other game I have right now.

    So… It's amazing (fun) on Xbox (with friends).

    Fortnite is good but a bit too silly for me.

  Just be aware that the player base for OC isn't what it once was. In FPP mode, solos are dead, duos and squads can only get games during peak.

    I think this a mixture of a reduction in Oceanic players and the Oceanic matchmaking system is broken/glitched.

    Oceanic has consistently shown 50+ minute queue times in FPP Squad but switching over to South East Asia and you get into a game straight away.

    I was able to get a few Oceanic games last night during the peak hours 5-9pm but outside that, the queue times are stuffed and forced to play on SEA.

  whilst i am not going to neg this deal, as it is a decent price, it is still not worth it. Given there are better options out there now for battle royale games, PUBG is objectively the worst and most bullshit ridden release.

  2 maps and a third locked behind a event pass paywall, your in game progression rewarded with loot boxes THAT YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE KEYS FOR WITH REAL LIFE (profanity) MONEY, and an overall disregard for any optimisation and expansion of the game. It's only a semi-playable experience with mid to high end hardware. this would barely be acceptable if it were free to play.

  The devs of this are greedy scum bags and need to get their shit together.

    All maps are free to play, the event pass was only if you wanted to unlock extra clothing.

    Yeah, I tried to like it, but its too competitive for me, I'm only a recent PC gaming convert in the last 3 months and still not great at FPS. I've played 22 hours and it takes so long to get in and get equipment. While I occasionally will get 1 or 2 kills, I'm mostly smashed by players who are significantly better than me in my first encounter, super frustrating as the game takes a good 5-10 minutes to connect most of the time.
