Noticed DJ's are having a sale on boots. The ladies boots seem to have a 25% reduction, whilst the guys boots are only reduced by 20%.
Go figure.

Can djs order in other sizes?
As in a store transfer? Unfortunately no. You could call up one store, see who has it in your size, then call up that store and either put it on hold or pay for it over the phone and have it sent to you ($9.95 via standard post unless you paid with a DJs Card)
So you can't order different widths?
I need a wide fitting boot size 10 width H
I don't think so, no, but best to call up the store to check. You'd probably have to go to a R.M. Williams store if you need a particular-sized shoe that isn't normally ranged.
You can purchase it from DJ, and go in to a RM store and ask for an exchange.
Someone has done it before, give it a shot, you can refund them at DJ if it doesn't work out. You've got nothing to lose.
You’ve got nothing to lose… apart from your time running around. :P
Thanks OP! Been after some Clarks desert boots for some time. Managed to get what I was after for less than $100.
Still cheaper at Nungar
http://www.nungar.com.au/catalog/product_info.php/products_i…Probably not after postage.
Have you ever ordered from them (recently)?
I've sent them an email once, never got a reply.Personally no. I almost did but ended up getting a pair of seconds from the outlet.
Ordered 2 pairs from Nungar around 10 months ago. I was happy with the first pair so ordered another pair in a diff colour. Both times arrived in a few days but I guess they were in stock in my size. I didn’t need to email them just ordered through their website.
I ran into a slight issue with the welt wearing the pair I took on hols for 2 weeks and subjecting them to a lot of wear and tear and rain, emailed RMW customer service who asked me to take into a retail store for a repair assessment. RMW repaired free of charge no issues at all with Nungar being the retailer, I would have been happy to pay for the repair.
I’d find no email response off putting, but my experience with them was good.
I bought two pairs from them last year. Very old school so email is not a great way to contact them. If you order online it will eventually come (don't necessarily expect a confirmation). If you have an enquiry just give them a ring.
I'm about to place an order with RM Williams using a corporate discount I'm entitled to.
If anyone is interested I'd be happy to negotiate ordering a couple of extra pairs.
The price is circa $390-$400 for a pair of Craftsman's, it varies a bit depending on the number of pairs ordered due to postage costs.Feel free to send me a PM if interested.
Thanks for going out of your way to put that offer out there niss!
Thanks for sharing with our ozb community. I would have snapped that up when I was still looking to buy, but I've eventually bought some and one is plenty :)
Spot a Qantas employee ! :-)
Are they Australian made?
Of course they are. These are Western Australian flagship.
RM Williams are from SA not WA.
As another poster pointed out the boots are crafted in South Australia. But it is a valid question, I own a pair of RMs lace up shoes made overseas, and the clothes I believe are all made overseas.
some of their boots and shoes are made overseas. even some of the nicest and most expensive styles.
check the tag to made sure it says "made in australia".
see how this overseas model says "australia", but not "made in australia". sneaky buggers.

rm williams isn't really an australian company anymore. it's almost fully owned and controlled from overseas.
Mens dress shoe laceups are made in Romania
my order was cancelled :(
RM Williams, for Mens it's only Classic Craftsman - Yearling. Seems to be the entire range for Womens.
The 20% off is for a bunch of clothes and shoes though, some are already on sale.
