There's a 15% off code "PERIPHERAL" on eBay, which my girlfriend can't use as an eBay plus member, but I can use as a non eBay plus member. Is this normal or should I contact eBay? I've read the Terms and Conditions of both the discount code and eBay plus, but no mention of not being able to use discounts codes. Perhaps it comes under "not to be used in conjunction with any other offer" - implying eBay plus is an offer?

Have you recently taken advantage of the ebay USA and eBay Canada deals? If so, you might've forgotten to undo the changes made to your Registration address (i.e. change it back to the default). Forgetting to do so will cause aussie coupon codes to become invalid.
Lol my girlfriend is an idiot - that was the case but it still didn't work after that. All good though, eBay support gave me a specific voucher and I got it sorted, thanks though!

also having same problem with the perform20 code, not sure if it's to do with just switching back from AU registration address today but I have to use the other account to take advantage of both the code and flybuys offer.
I can confirm that "Peripheral" works with my eBay Plus Account.
