Lightake - Anybody else had problems with them?

I made a rather large purchase on November 28. It was 'shipped' on December the 10th (yep, over 2 months ago) and still no sight of it.
When I ask for further tracking details, I get no repsonse.
When I ask for them to rectify the issue, they respond after about 4 days telling me just to "wait it out"

I can't seem to get any reasonable response from them and I never had the option of logging a paypal dispute - They are an "excepted seller".

Has anyone else had problems with large orders from them?

    yea, made an order $20 almost two weeks ago and it says its shipped. Still haven't received anything. You also cant use the tracking number because it doesn't work for Australia apparently. i don't think i will ever buy from them again.

    2 weeks? Have you ever bought from Hong Kong before?

    Don't be a drama queen. Give it another 2 weeks, you'll get it.

    I've had stuff delivered within 2 weeks from Honk Kong, no idea how… but it happened. Either that or I have a really bad sense of time.

    Consider doing a chargeback? You cant do a paypal dispute for purchase over 45 days AFAIK.

    yea got my stuff yesterday. and no i havent ever bought anything from hong kong. it was my very first purchase :P atleast their rep was pretty quick to respond and was pretty accurate on how long it takes.

    Why doesn't my tracking number work?? The item shipped on Friday and it is now Tuesday but still it says invalid item when I try and track it??
