I’m wondering if there are any other websites like cotton on & their other stores (typo, supre ect) that have frequent sales? I notice that cotton on seem to always be having huge sales and other deals like free shipping, are their any other sites that do this? Thanks!

Uniqlo has items on sale pretty much every week. Bonds seems to be on sale a lot too… Off the top of my head
Crocs is on sale regularly.

HOWEVER, as a menswear enthusiast who has bought and sold clothes for a long time, I would also recommend you reconsider your approach to clothing; aim for quality pieces that fit you well (or can be tailored to fit you well) and buy only enough clothes to last you each week.
The hunger for 'bargain' priced clothes on this site is unsustainable environmentally and hurts the few remaining players in the fashion industry who are passionate about and make quality clothing. It also almost always results in 'workers' (slaves), often children, in a third world country being paid a sub-living wage. It's really sad.
Sorry mate I would buy higher priced items but I’m quite broke. Sales keep me alive atm
Ethical and quality clothing doesn't have to cost a lot of money - see, eg, Certton, Superino, Salvage, Continental, Stanley Stella etc via OCC Apparel as well as Blank Clothing.
There's also plenty of high quality used items around.
The sales and free shipping are part of the normal price of cotton on…basically C&N.
