The ongoing recurring pricing for the hosting appears to be $5.11 by the looks of it, which also appears you can only purchase yearly so the total yearly cost is $61.32. The domain name renewal price would depend on what the extension you chose to register.

NGPriest, I think you would be able to but you have to wait for the 60 day transfer lock to end anyway
Most domain names have to stay where they are for the first 60 days it's a ICANN policy.
