Newbie to amaysim, Need Help

Hi Guys,

I am newbie to Amaysim and i need help.

When I try to active the service, it keeps going back to the Active Sim page even after I have pressed it a number of times.

Is this normal?

Also, I want to turn off the Auto Renew, how do I go about doing it? Can it only be done after the Service Has Been Activated?

I can't recall exactly now as I have left Amaysim recently but they make it difficult to find where to switch off auto renew. It is also the default for anything just to help you spend your money. If you activate then check the options you will find the auto renew tag.
