I purchased something from this online shop and chose pick up.

Waited for 3 weeks no reply from them when I can pick it up, then last week I asked a refund and I am still waiting for it.

So disappointing.

avoid them!!

    According to the site, I have to wait confirmation email from them before I can come and collect it.

    I waited for 3 weeks, no email from them. Then I reported it to paypal last week.

      that's good, as if seller(Buyii) does not contact, you will get the refund after x amount of days
