Spotted this at my local Coles (with Liquor) at Central West, VIC. $5 more than the cheapest price last year however much cheaper than the latest deals everywhere else. Might be just store specific as Liquorland is showing the price as $80. Still a few bottles left in stock.
Would be good if others can confirm, id say they will change the price pretty quickly if they work out its an error. They say their $80 is a 'special' online so $60 to them would be a give away!
Then again $60 is about right for this drop, not bad but not worth the usual $80+
Never heard of a place called Central West, but it comes up as $80 for me in Coles Online.
This is a great deal, usually sells for $90.
Central West is in Braybrook, in Melbourne's West (Vic).
It's my local too, and is the only Coles I know of that has liquor within (it's just in an aisle by itself).
Also it happens to be the cheapest Coles in Melbourne, and the Yarraville one - not far away - is one of the most expensive (a Coles HQ friend mentioned it - something about what the market is willing to pay).
Different price as it's not part of liquorland according to staff as i have tried to use the docket deals at bottom of coles receipt and wouldn't work and staff said as not a liquorland store, just a coles store selling liquor in the aisle.
Anyone tried to price match at Dan's?
