Booking.com Refer a Friend missing?

I am trying to refer a friend to booking.com to get rewarded. It is not showing up on my home page when I sign in. Have spoken to Booking.com they claim it is meant to be there and also in my profile drop down list. It is not on either in my account and they have no idea why. Can anyone help? Is refer a friend in your booking.com account. I wondered whether they have removed it for Australians? Or may be just from Ozbargainers!

Thanks for advising that refer a friend still works and a link. Tried the link and no idea why mine just does not show? I am on Apple mac. So tried ipad and mobile still not showing on my account. So frustrating as no idea why.
