Jetstar refund?

I bought two flights to Melbourne. but jetstar change the dates.

We didn't go. But they changed the dates. Are we allowed to get our money back?

Changes permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure. Fare difference is applicable to re-book*~~ and is applicable per passenger, per flight change.
