How does this chain survive? Their pizzas are rubbish and you can get bigger and better wood fired from an Italian restaurant.

    • No idea, but at least these posts will remind people to check the local Italian restaurants before ordering.

      • Pizza Capers is significantly better than Domino's and Pizza Hut in my experience, but certainly worth trying local independent restaurants as well - their pizza prices are much the same as Pizza Capers in my area.

  • You've probably just got a shit franchise - my one in Canberra is great. The dough's always light and fluffy and they're generous with good quality toppings.

Sad that the good franchises are getting a bad name because of a bunch of shit ones…I say give them a chance unless they (your local pizza capers) have been proven to be shit.

    • Few years back I used to live on southside of Brisbane and one of the Capers franchise was running the store quite bad. Now I live on the Northside of Brisbane and this store is way better. Yes pizza are fresh and generous with toppings.

It does depend on how they run the store. I would just leave some comments and reviews on google so if someone is looking for one they can avoid that store.
