[Resolved] Cashrewards Not Adding Transaction to Account (Amazon)

Bought some eligible items on amazon au after clicking through cashrewards in June. At the time they couldn’t/ didn’t automatically track sales on Amazon and requested that invoices be sent. I did this once the items were shipped and got an email saying my request for cashback was approved and the amount was added to my account as pending.

However, the money has not appeared in my account as pending up to now. I’ve emailed them twice, one a reply to their email approving the transaction and another on their contact page and they haven’t even bothered to reply.

It is a small amount but I feel cheated. Other than not using them again is there something I can do to get them to respond?
