I have been wIth Telecube for 3 months now and generally fine. The only problem that I had was when they changed the username to be case sensitive without letting me know. And since few weeks ago, my wifi seems slowed down, especially when I tried to communicate with Alexa and general browsing whilst Foxtel on demand is on and with other 14 wifi devices connected to Netcomm supplied modem. Is it something to do with the modem or I should upgrade the nbn or modem ? I am currently with 25/5.
I use to think my $400 router was broken because them… but they've upgraded their network… So I don't know :/
Do you think your wifi speed is back to normal now?
I havn't rebooted my router in 27days so wifi is better than normal.
You can try changing your primary and secondary DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 and see if that helps.
If that doesn't work too, it's either them or your router
I'll have to neg this deal. This mob like to get people in on specials and then hike the price with 2 weeks notice. Support is hit and miss. Sometimes you get a quick response other times it can be many days. Can't recommend.
I read that as "Telecube NBN - No Setup - 50GB/20GB - 1000MB/s Peak" and thought whoa, that's pretty fast NBN setup with only 50GB download limit and 20GB upload limit with a gigabyte line both ways….damn I must be seeing things!
