  Cannot register for ebay plus to get the free shipping no matter what I do. Logged out, in, out. I'm on ebay.com.au Been so since 2007! I keep getting this message:- "Sorry, this program is currently only available for users registered on eBay.com.au and whose billing currency is Australian Dollar." Anyone else. I've tried from the ebayplus site too.

  Seems that when I registered, which was a few days after ebay started I used ebay usa (perhaps that was the only one available at the time? I don't recall ever seeing an aussie ebay until sometime later). All sorted. Xiaomi here I come…:)

  It's only free shipping if you join ebay plus which, whilst free for the first month, will then cost $29.00 for your first year and that's a supposedly discounted price. Anyone know what it'll be for subsequent years?
