I purchased $200 worth of different toys from Toys R Us. I understand they are under administration, so no refund or exchange will be provided, therefore I checked all sticker prices before going to the counter.
When I was checking receipt after making payment, I noticed that I have been charged $30 extra for one of the items. I immediately pointed out the error to staff but they said no refund. I spoke with the manager and even showed them discounted price sticker and he stated that somebody put wrong sticker here. However your bad luck, as we won't offer refund, even if it's not your mistake.
What could I do in this case?
