Lenovo Tab 4 Chromecast Amazon Prime Video

Hi all, bit of a specific question but hoping someone out there may know.

I'm looking at purchasing a Lenovo Tab 4 today .

My wife and I have had mixed results with streaming Prime Video from devices via Chromecast. As an example her phone (Xiaomi) will stream via the Google home app through Chromecast ok to TV. My phone (Huawei) will not.

So my question is - does anyone use their Lenovo Tab 4 in this specific fashion? Using a chromecast to stream Prime Video.

Note: I'm well aware Amazon makes this difficult intentionally in order to sell their Fire TV etc.

  My Tab 4 8 casts to CC fine but I don't use the Amazon app you're talking about.
