I will never buy from/deal with Kogan or MilanDirect—sister company of Kogan, and founded by the same guy who started the Kogan company (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruslan_Kogan).
MilanDirect lied too my face, are boldly dishonest and their business practices seriously lack any ethics. See my previous experience with them here: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/22721
Both companies have been previously been banned on OzBargain for sockpuppeting (possibly still banned?).
UPDATE: It appears that MilanDirect are still lying to their customers. They claim that this chair Meets AS/NZ 4438 Standards of Compliance:

I bought a chair from Milandirect, and it was the worst chair ever. It practically snapped in half in one month, and was in general very awful. The quality was shockingly bad. Definetely not worth the savings from buying from there, and that said it wasnt very cheap.
Has anyone here have/had bad experiences with Kogan?
I had a set top box arrive in pieces, amazingly damaged. Now that not Kogans fault but I paid postage to return it to them (after I had sent them photos of the damaged item as requested)and was not reimbursed for postage as promised. I couldn't be bothered following it up with them, so it was partially my fault.
I bought a 22" LCD last year, got a nice discount… It is still going strong. Had no issues with postage or communication etc.
Nope. Bought the DAB/wifi streamer, 22" & 32" LCD and my mate bought the 42". All when on sale, most with free delivery. Delivery was quick and painless.
Solid products for the price. IMO better built that alot of rebadged stuff. At night when you cant see the 'Kogan' label, its looks and functions like any other full HD screen.
I can understand that some people might have had issues so they are very vocal about it, but it seems most people just bag Kogan without having any experience with the products other than what they have read and regurgitated on the net.
thats funny, i thought dell only sold dell stuff!
