  • Why is your wpi so expensive???

    • Not putting a marketing spin here but the whey protein is extracted from grass fed cows in newzealand and for flavour all organic items are added. So a little expensive!
I havent found a better tasting WPI though, so the producers are doing something right.

      • Yeah, that doesn't sound like marketing spin at all, well done!

  • Good on you, for putting this promo out there. I’ll be placing an order tonight (hopefully the code will still be active by then!)

    • Code is active now.

  • We like to see prices. Bargains have prices.

    • I agree! However, there are too many combinations (weight and prices) for the products (over 400). Hence thought a generic discount would work better. Initial thoughts were that I should give a discount code for a product (eg Raw Almonds ONLY) and put in a bargain price for a 1kg and over.

Happy to put such offers up every now and then. Keen to know the thoughts what works best as in for bargain.

      • You know your best bargains. Add them to your description. Your 'edit' button is between 'view' and 'revisions'.

        • thanks for the suggestion. I have updated the description with best bargains for few popular products.

  • What activates your seeds and nuts?

    • Its a process where by the nuts and seeds are put in water and salt for around 4 hours and then dried. Theory is that it loosens the nutrients (nothing has been proven on this!) and therefore makes it easier for the body to consume.
I dont do it at store but buy it from a wholesaler.

    • Do it yourself with a dehydrator, it's fun.

      • +1

Yep agree, but as a business need to jump through a lot of hoops to be classified as a manufacturer.

  • How do you filter to show only certified organic?

    • All organic products are certified organic from the suppliers.

  • I get biodynamic almonds for $19.95 a kilo from Terra Madre. Are your $30 ones any better?

    • The ones i get are Australian Certified Organic and i believe the suppliers have a highly stringent process to adhere to get this certification. Hence the cost is higher. I dont think the biodynamic classification creates high costs for suppliers.
Sorry, i am not sure whether the ones I have are better or not. Certainly they are certified.

  • was there today..honey cashews are nice..i buy my cloves from them..

  • To me… nut butter, sounds wrong.

    • Hahaha! Well there is no way around it!

I have to update the site with different varieties of butter that we make eg Peanut, Almond, Cashew, Almond and peanut, Hazelnut and Cacao, Peanut/Almond/Coconut, Macadamia etc.
We make them in-store based on what the customer needs, so if you need something like that then do come in for a visit.

  • 270 clicks hasn't converted into 20 orders yet?

    • low conversion! Have received half of the orders though.

  • Website wants to charge $8.95 delivery on a $113, ~6.5kg order. Website says free delivery over $100?

    • Apologies for not replying back on this. It was a oversight, I couldn't find the flag to turn on the free delivery over $100. I just got to it and turned the flag on.
It would be ON for any other offer that is posted here.
