It seemed to want to transfer my Kindle world to the .au space:

Great news! You can now sign up for Kindle Unlimited in Australia by updating your default Kindle Store.
Please transfer your digital account and come back here to sign up for Kindle Unlimited.

Given i'm not too clear on the implications of all that i instead 'bought' the Amazon US alternative.

I'd like to retire now thanks.

  • perfect read for before bed…so we can dream about it…

Absolute rubbish. Its a US based retirement book, followng some of the advice there could be detrimental to your retirement plan here. 401K strategies wont work here.

Social Security isnt the same as our pension scheme and qualifying is soooo different. e.g. US Social Security isn't asset tested

For the younger set, its like telling the strategies to get into University. Great SAT scores etc. Except thats completely different to qualifying here in Oz.

Or how to buy Real Estate for the Millenials. Again so different in the US to here.

BUT its FREE, so grab a copy waste your time on info that will only be of use if you can grab one of those millions of Green Cards being offered on the internet.

    • Oh - didn't get to look at it as it rejected my ancient browser.

Yeah, these country-specific titles have a lot of potential to steer folk into a hole, so probably better off to give it a miss…but thanks for trying OP.

    • if you can grab one of those millions of Green Cards being offered on the internet.

I won one of those the other day. I just have to pay a $3000 processing fee. Saving up for it right now.
