Trying to find a good desktop around 1.5k-2.5k for video editing/gaming before the proxy sale ends tonight. I have just been overwhelmed by so many choices. Can anyone please advise me on a good special to buy one? or should I wait a little longer. I noticed the last 20% special for the PC byte pcs seemed cheaper then this 25% one. Any thoughts please :)

that PSU is WAY overkill for that system, a 600 watt will be more than enough and save another $120ish

Take a look, you'll need atleast:
6 Core 8th Generation i7
GTX 1070 (minimum)
16GB RAM
As well as prefereably a 250GB NVMe SSD + 500GB SATA SSD
OR 1TB SSD
This will be a bit above your price range but trust me it's a bit worth it
