$20 "special offer" from PayPal?

Today i bought a $36 lap top bag, but was only charged $16..

When i look in my PayPal history, it shows $20 "special offer" under the transaction?

Anyone know what this is?

is that your address in the screenshot? maybe remove that

and also remove the numbers at the top, that's part of your PRIVATE CARD NUMBER…
