Generally in QLD, you can get TPP insurance for $210 pa from racq / coles / etc.
The difference seems to be on the excess.
Coles = $500
RACQ = $650

You can go online and get quotes from all the different providers - this will likely give you a very good idea of what other people are probably paying. Doing this as survey type question isn't really going to add any value
For TPP, I up until recently got it for $90 - $115 p/a. I'm in WA.
The common excess for mature drivers is $400 and up.This year the lowest TPP I could find is about $135. This is for a 2005 Getz.
Suggest you search for Vero insurance resellers, they historically have the cheapest.Rough list below

The excess is standard; i'm in my thirties and unless you pay higher premium standard excess for insurance is around $600
