What Are My Rights under Superannuation?

Hi all.
I am hoping I would get some suggestions regarding this matter.

I started a job from last year June 2017. I was working on a place through an agent. Now, I know I shouldn't have worked through an agent as they were paying me low then market rates. I was told I will be working on tax. I submitted small form which includes my TFN, bank account details and superannuation details. From there I started getting pay in my bank account but never received any pay slips. I have checked and can confirm that they haven't paid my superannuation as well. When I talked to the agent he told me he is going to give my tax summary tomorrow after meeting him. This agent is highly unprofessional and dodgy and I have left my job because of this agent. But I want my tax and superannuation being paid or if not paid then through Fair Work I want him to pay me and not let him get away with this behaviour.

• What are my rights under superannuation?
• Can I make a complain in Fair Work Commission under my case?
• Superannuation needs to be paid every 3 months but he hasn't paid anything yet.

Please suggest me what I can do further to get my superannuation paid?
