      If you can get the 'Supreme' ones, they are stronger(not for sale in shops) and pretty much the next best thing to having your teeth whitened at the dentist.

    Bought these around one year ago didnt notice any difference. Decided to try the Supreme strips recommend by marto a few comments up.

    Within a few uses, you can notice the diffference. Would recommend buying the "Supreme" stronger strips made by the same company.
