Look. It's not a bad PC, but for $77 you don't get much. ie a 2TB drive instead of an SSD
…however, I also heard there are people offering cheap PC's but they are filled with software that tracks your details/bank account info and the way the sellers make money is to steal your jnfo and hack your bank accounts.
Considering that the seller's feedback history is made up of transactions where they are the buyer, I'm gonna say this is a hacked account.
I wouldn't risk it - even with PayPal protections, the "seller" could give you a fake tracking number or send you an empty parcel to fulfill delivery requirements, which at the very least would stall the refund process.
Totally legit, you should buy ten.
