I ordered two bags of dog food and then received this email after they had confirmed my order.

Thank you for your order and taking up the "DRYJULY" promotion.

The promotion is for is available for one subscription per customer, and you have ordered 2. I have refunded you for 1 of your subscriptions.

If you would like to order a second subscription, you may do so but you wont be able to obtain any discounts on the second subscription.

  So why did they confirm your order? Hopefully Marketing OP can assist you. It mystifies me why a Marketing person discloses no prices to Australia's largest buying community.
