Prepaid Debit Card for International Transactions; Any to Recommend?

Been doing international transactions on purchases using PayPal/ AMEX and the fees are grinding in slowly and steadily.

Is there a prepaid card that anyone can recommend which eliminates fees and reasonable exchange?

Divipay is down but I use Macquarie Debit Card. Has no fees for intl and overall has a nice app.

  The ofher alternative there is if you don’t want the Macquarie Debit Card is Citibank Plus Transaction Account with a Debit MasterCard.

    having credit limit pushes servicing for property loan higher (although slightly but every bit helps when the property market is crazyas)

Currently using Velocity Global Wallet. No fees if you top up using bank transfer. Exchange rate is just average, but you can do the exchange when AUD is strong, rather than at the point of transaction.

Credit card - Bankwest Zero Platinum mastercard (No overseas transaction fees and zero annual fees )
Debit card - Citibank Plus transaction Account (No charges on Overseas transaction and no account keeping kees)
