I have followed all steps correctly I have a Philippines Spotify account and Philippines paypal account and money in that account.
However when I go to buy premium pay pal asks me to give CC details. I give my Australian commbank one but are not accepted because the billing address is wrong as I cannot give my actual billing address because it wants a Philippines address where i need to add the providence the billing address is in.
So anyones input is appreciated thankyou.
