High Pressure Washer under $300

Looking for peoples opinion or suggestions on a good quality High Pressure Washer.

Needs to be:
- minimum 2000psi
- 10m Hose
- Under $300 (can push the budget a bit more)

Use it for car detailing and general cleaning and outdoor maintenance.

Can anyone recommend something value for money and good quality.
