Instore only not in their catalog, have used them and they seem to last as well as other brands. Not as highly rated as the Hardly normal ones, but at 30c vs $1.00 a battery they are far better value for money (higher energy ones would need to last 3 times longer - more likely no more than 50% longer)

the ones I bought have use by date of June 2011 so these are not "old" stock

    Some Go-Lo stores have the double packs of 12 + 4 (16 total) for $2.50. Thats less than 16 cents a battery for VARTA alkaline .

      I found one of store where it was 8+4 - for $1.79 so I thought it was an error. So if its 12+4 for $2.50 that's an even better deal. Maybe you should post this as a separate bargain.
