Just got the email 20 minutes ago and already bought two of their sharkskin suits for $657. I am still shaking given they typically go for between $1100 - $1200 each! Jump on while you can they won't last long.
Edit: Discount gets applied at checkout and it's free shipping north of $200.
3 days isn't long enough to wait for deliveries these days sadly. I live in inner Melbourne suburb and many Australia post deliveries seem to be taking often more than a week compared to 24-48 hours in the past. I'd give it to Friday and I'll start worrying with you.
I got the below this morning so looks like orders are finally being fulfilled. Although I paid for my order just over 1 month ago - getting a free tie was a decent bonus - usually selling for over $100. Interestingly, R&B have put up another "Women's 40% new arrivals" promotion yesterday.
Only issue I see here is that they are selling stock that ships from China (slowly) - this really shouldn't be considered to be "in stock" items. The shirts I am still waiting on for over 1 x month have actually been "in stock" the whole time I've been waiting.

looks like EVERYTHING was shipped together in that one shipment which was delayed.

EXACT same response I received a week ago from 'Charles'.
Orders were meant to be shipped on Thursday/Friday last week but still have yet to receive any sort of notification or confirmation.
I've yet to receive anything.
I have a feeling my pants will be too big.
I bought a 50 Jacket, but the size chart seems as though i'll be getting a size 34-36 size pants. The guy at the store told me it comes with a 32-33 size pants.

nope nothing. not even reply to emails this time.
Nothing received. I got the same email from Charles last week advising delivery on Thursday or Friday and receipt early this week. No replies to emails.
Emailed today as I was starting to worry that they'd go into receivership, and got this reply:
Our apologies for not getting back to you earlier.
We had a major issue with customs, and this has taken six weeks to clear, we have been advised by our customs broker, we have finally received clearance for shipment and those will be delivered by our logistics company to our warehouse. Then we will try to send out your order as quickly as possible.
Based on the updated clearance schedule we have received we are expecting to ship your suit within the next 10 days.
On behalf of Rhodes & Beckett I sincerely apologise for the delays and the subsequent inconvenience that has caused.
They're going to run out of excuses soon. This is a new one.
But one they could have used weeks ago.
IKR. The fact that they're still trying with the excuses gives me 'some' hope. I was half expecting an offer of refund, which I have resisted to date but am ready to accept!
Finally got one delivered today
I finally got ONE of the THREE suits I purchased.
Received a shipping notice yesterday and was delivered today.
Still waiting on two more and two shirts, as well as a promised free shirt.

Got this email last Monday:
Dear Customer,
We are emailing to update you on the status of your outstanding order.
We would also like to apologise for the lack of updates, and we do appreciate this only compounds the frustration.
We have experienced major issues with customs, and this has taken seven weeks to clear. We have received a partial clearance last week and are expecting the remaining containers of shirts and suits to clear early this week and those will be delivered by our logistics company to our warehouse shortly afterwards. We will be working through completing all outstanding orders as quickly as possible.
We appreciate that you may have been previous advised that shipments were arriving two weeks ago, the simple explanation is that we all believed the goods would be cleared then, based on what our broker had advised, however this did not happen.
Based on the updated clearance schedule we have received we are expecting to ship your order within the next ten working days.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification email which will contain a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery.
Once again we sincerely apologise for the delay and appreciate your forbearance.

Well something for RB just got delivered to my office, will pick it up tomorrow. Worried as there was supposed to be a shirt with my ties (delivered earlier).
Partial delivery, was only one of two suits and they still owe me a shirt.

@TheZohan: Chest area felt thick enough, the sleeves were a little softer and thinner than I expected. This is in comparison to my usual TM Lewin suits.
Got an update today - 75% of my order maybe next week and last part by the end of october… utterly useless - if i had my option again i would've steered clear of it but now i want my suits as i'm so fricking close!
Still waiting on two shirts and a suit.
Had previously received a suit with no hanger.
I emailed regarding the rest of my order and asked if I could get a hanger included.
They replied and said I could pick up my shirts from the store, and the suit will be "delivered next week".
Went to the Collins st store, wow, did the shop assistant have an attitude!!
Don't know what her problem was, but my wife who came in whilst I was in change room got the same treatment and so did another guy who walked in.
As above, it's hardly worth the savings.
But if you have no expectations and aren't in a hurry, then it's kinda worth it.
My shirts arrived few weeks ago (almost 3 month wait)..absolutely terrible.
They are clearly not up to R&B usual quality. The cotton states: "Egyptian Cotton" as usual however shirt feels itchy and so thin that they are almost see through! Sleeves are not stitched great and have bits of thread sticking out.
Ties are thinner than usual and with a rough feel - not sure it's even "Italian Silk" as advertised on web site.

My suit arrived yesterday. The jacket fits quite small (arms and chest) compared to my normal size. Pants are about right.
It had some loose folds in it (that was inconsistent with how it was packaged) and the material states wool, but is slightly glossy. Not sure what to make of that, haven't had one of their suits before.
Was notified that 3 of my suits were coming this week and another at the end of the month. Received only 2 today but the slip says they packed 3 suits.
Quality was terrible - it was almost like someone else had worn them before and they refurbished them for sale and the fit wasn't the same as they put on the website. I Immediately asked them to cancel the other two suits and refund my money. Please be aware when purchasing online - i would go into store to look at them first.
I have just asked for a cancellation/refund. I have followed them up regularly since July and got the same excuses since then, delivery is always 10 working days away. I got no response to my email last week, so now I want to cancel. I've been more than patient.
This whole thing has been ridiculous and unless I get a prompt response and refund, I'm reporting them to the ACCC. You can't sell goods without any idea of if or when you might be able to deliver them.
Got the refund fairly promptly. Won't buy from them again unless the goods are in front of me.
I'm with you. Cancelled my order last week and was happy the refund was at least honored. Mind you, my refund took more than a week and I had to follow up twice. Rhodes and Becket is on my never to shop at list for sure.
Hope the rest of you had more luck and got your suits, I still have to go find some.
Finally received my suit today after i tried to cancel the order. I already have a Rhodes & Beckett suit so felt confident i knew the right size. This suit is smaller in the arms and chest than my other suit even though they are the same size. Pants fit okay. If you have not received your suit i would cancel, i wish i had.
I still returned my suits for a refund saying the sizing was wrong. I wouldn't take it laying down!
ordered a shirt and a suit well over a month ago now.
Last contact to me said shipping will occur on August 10th and now, on the 13th, no word. Emailed them for a response and have been met with silence.
