I want to buy a Brio beard trimmer in Amazon US site as this model is not available in aussie version. From July 1st onwards shipping to aus stopped. Can you guys advise me how would I buy this and ship to australia ? Your inputs are appreciated.

I believe even if you vpn to the us site they will still not deliver to an Aus address. Freight forwarding is the only way
Yeah, I bought Wahl hair clippers for $20 USD and thought bargain (would have cost around $100 in Australia)! But didn't check it didn't do 240v :(
I bought a Brio (beardscape) just a few weeks before Amazon closed shop - unfortunately Brio wasn't shipping to Australia yet as there's some pretty good discount codes for it out there.
Now you're going to have to go through a shipping forwarder - you may as well sign up to MyUS.com through the deal currenly on OzB. They do have a concierge that you can get them to buy it for you if you don't have a VPN, but it's not cheap.
Overall reasonably pleased with it. Feels quality, good design, impressive battery life, just doesn't cut as effortless as an el cheapo Panasonic bodyscaping unit I bought in Japan. But heaps better than the $20 Wahl thing I grabbed just prior that's in landfill somewhere now.
Which trimmer? Could you buy it in Australia for the same or less?
Amazon USA will not deliver to an Aussie address. So:
a) open an account with (for example) MyUS using one of the Visa or Mastercard promotions to get a discount of 20%-25% off shipping rates and one year free membership
b) using a VPN go the Amazon USA, buy the product and have it shipped to your USA forwarding address.
c) the USA mail forwarding address company will charge you 10% GST on the cost of goods, plus shipping cost, and send your purchase to you here in Oz by air courier and it will arrive in 3-4 days
The first thing to check would be to confirm it supports multi-voltage…In other words, will it work with 240v ?
I would just use Amazon with a VPN and try entering an Australian address….? Otherwise, use a forwarder but you probably won't save anything.
