Hi, guys, I try to activate my amaysim service, I bought the sim card from the fuel pump. I selected 1gb unlimited plan and when I enter the voucher code "Whoops! The promo code you've entered is not valid for retail." .Please check the screenshot https://imgur.com/a/skm3GDY.

Isn't the voucher code associated with the SIM that Amaysim sent or will send to you?
You just need to enter the deal code KGL77N there, and the cart will change from $10 to $0.
Also in future payment section, you need to enter credit/debit card or paypal details for renewal - If you choose to renew using voucher, it would fail.
learnt the hard way .. confirmed with live chat that the groupon deals will automatically renew for free for 5 months.
We can still set it to Bpay afterwards in account payment section. I forgot if it continues to renew every month for the duration of the deal?
The live chat rep said we just need to enter card/PayPal account details for renewal in order to set up the account. The next 5 months it would auto renew for free.
The renewal payment is only debited from the registered account after the 5th renewal
solved it have to apply from the link given in Groupon website and sim come in post cant be activate by sim purchased outside.
You must have input the wrong code from the Groupon voucher. Read the Groupon instructions.
