How do you hunt for the best prices?

Where do you look to compare prices? (other than here at OzBargain)

Many of those options I pulled out from here. No doubt I've missed a bunch (and those are the ones I'm most interested in). Put them in your comments please.

And no doubt there are niche markets (flights, property, books, etc). I'm just asking for general consumer products price comparison sites.

UPDATE: Dang! I just realised OzB polls don't allow for multiple choice. No matter, I'll just leave the poll here, and hope people flesh out their choices in their comments.

    This might be a good time to tell you guys we have an Ozbargain bookmarklet that lets you access all the bargains for the website you are currently visiting.

    Drag it into your bookmarks toolbar , then visit a supported site (like Myer) and click it to see MYER deals, et cetera.

    I usually like to use the World wide web rather than the yellow pages and Mobile telephone.

    OzBargain for most things. Staticice and Au.PCPartpicker for computer parts.

    Personally, I typically start with eBay and Google Shopping to get a general idea about pricing (I know, GS includes eBay, and doesn't factor in shipping when sorting, but it's easy enough on the front screen of my phone). Then I look at Lasoo and others to compare.

    Perhaps the poll should have been how do you hunt for the best prices other than ozbargain.
    Call me suspicious, but I have a feeling this poll is going to be heavily biased towards ozbargain.

      Tru dat. My bad, I didn't realise OzB polls didn't allow for more than one option.
