Just bought a queen size matt from "Just A Second" dandenong store. The mattress was originally 599, and reduced to $269. But when I when to counter to pay the guy told me that its on special and you can buy it for only for $229.
Same matt in double size is $199…. Its a good mattress with 5 years warranty..

agree 100% difficult to compare apples to apples on the cheaper no name stuff, just hope you laid in it for a while to see if you could feel the springs. (which is usually the problem with the cheaper mattresses) always a good idea to lay on a few, and some really nice ones so you can spot the difference.

Without a brand and model it is really hard to tell whether this is a good deal or not. I owned a furniture shop up until the end of last year and for a basic queen mattress with 5 years warranty, prices start from exactly $229 (without discount). It may be a good deal but could also be a case of the price being overly inflated and then discounted to make it look like a good deal.
