    Voda is sucktacular these days.

  • Is the recharge voucher separate to the modem?? So that the voucher can be used on another account/existing service?

    • Yes the recharge voucher is separate. You get a $150 12gb epay recharge voucher (the device has the free 3gb with it to make it upto 15gb). Cheaper for people who just want a recharge too :)

  • All comments about vodafone performance aside, I think this is still a bargain.

$150 for 12 months of prepaid mobile broadband is the going rate at the moment. So $100 is quite good.

How can it be a bargain if performance can be left aside? I'm not gonna pay $100 for a plastic which has no signal for half of the time, and frequently drops out in another half of the time.

I've had enough with Voda. No thanks.

Because I can still manage to stream iView at the higher resolution and surf the web on the side.

Look, there is no doubt that Vodafone has the weakest coverage, but there are still people who get pretty decent service.

I guess if you can get a signal at home, and want a cheap wireless, then it's OK. Althiough I wonder why people would choose such a thing over a basic ADSL pack

        • because ADSL goes down at times, and people use 3G as backup??

because people travel and uses 3G when they are out??

Voda broadband… Selling tickets on a bus with no seats again + again +again….

  • it will literally take a year to use up the usage

  • I got HSDPA data in Jabiru, cant complain.
