Actually, my number is being porting from catch to kogan! It has already taken half a day and the porting has not be finalised yet which is not unexpected considering it is Sunday (i did have 2 hours porting in the weekend before though).
I also forgot to check the auto-recharge status with Catch and just got a message that my account was auto recharged. wtf!
The question is if it is possible to require refund from Catch?

kogan usually takes 10mins, weekend or weekday. i assume the info you gave to port is incorrect.
