I purchased two items from Appliances Online last Nov, and I did them in two separate transactions since they were to be delivered to two different places. For each one, I made sure to log on through MBC first; however, MBC only picked up one of the transactions. I filled out the form with the enquiry and it was "sent to the network" in 25-Nov, but I still haven't heard back more than two months on!
Any tips on how I can get this moving?
Unfortunately enquiries can take a considerable amount of time to resolve, it depends on the affiliate network and the merchant.
We have made considerable inroads into getting the affiliate networks to pass on the enquiries on to the merchants.
Once the enquiry has been sent to the network we have to wait to see how the merchant responds.
It is our policy that we never close enquiries until the affiliate network or merchant rule on the enquiry, this results in some enquiries remaining unresolved for some months.
