Just had my old Rheem gas storage hot water system breakdown and leaking. After a bit of research and reading, pretty sure I need a new HWS. Planning to change from gas storage HWS to continuous flow HWS. Apparently will need to update gas pipeline, new PowerPoint etc etc a lot of cost involve
So, hopefully someone can recommend a plumber with reasonable price and reliable without adding more charges when the job is done since it seems very common with plumber
Much appreciated
Cheers
Recommendation for Cheap and Reliable Plumber in Perth WA (South of The River) ? for Installing New Hot Water System

Will keep that in mind, cheers!
I had used Bathman Plumbing in the past (guy name is Shahin, but can also be referred to as Shane). Always sorted out my problem on point and good value too. I know this because I was screwed by a few plumbers before this guy sorted my plumbing problem for good.

Can't suggest a plumber but just be aware that when we had our HWS replaced a couple of years back they put a thermal limiter on the new one so now we can't get hot water over 50c. Bloody nanny state government again. Not sure the rules in WA though but have a word to the plumber beforehand and see if he can put an adjustable valve on for you if having warm water instead of hot water might be an issue for you.
Would avoid Pascoes. Super expensive to make up for "no call out fee", didn't even show up to finish the second half of job. I went with Hilton plumbing to finish the job
I would also suggest avoiding Pascoes. They installed a new gas system for us a number of years ago and we have since found it doesn't comply with legislation, however it was enough years ago that they can't be pursued for it. We had to do fiddly retrofitting with it a few years ago once we discovered its non-compliance.
We have used Charter Plumbing a few times and have been really happy with them. We haven't needed them for anything as big as a new hot water system, but they've been great on the couple of occasions we've used them.
Avoid Vivian Plumbing - had to call them back several times to fix items which weren't installed correctly the first time.
