You should have an email before the refund email which the subject is "The Good Guys - Your Online Order" and the voucher inside it.
BTW, my voucher will expire today.

They have charged my credit card and all I have is the order confirmation… Anyone else?@Aussie89 - Escalate to a claim with Paypal. GG ignored two of my emails requesting a refund. I made two separate orders; one was refunded within 2 business days and the other is still outstanding, the Paypal claim.
Had "transaction failed" or something but they still charged me and no order confirmation. Waiting for a chargeback with cc

I raised a dispute with AMEX on last Thursday. Today I received an letter from Amex said "Amex is able to gather the enclosed information about the AUD$158 charges from The Good Guys Airport West. We hope that this information helps to resolve your inquire. Since this concludes our investigation, we have reapplied the amount under review to your account listed above. You can expect to see this charge on your upcoming statement". Then Amex closed my disputes case !!
I called Amex again to re open the disputes. You see, Amex disputes is located in Malaysia (not in Sydney anymore), maybe this explained why they closed the case without proper investigation.
I am very disappointed with Amex closed my disputes case. I decided to call the Good Guys, they ask me to send an email in and they said they will get back to me today.
Update: Good Guys responded to my email and advised me that the payment has been refunded as of the 09/07/2018 at 4:43PM.
I've had 3 lots of $158 taken from me for the order of 1 device, as the site was playing it seemed my payment went through even though it gave an error. I never received an order confirmation or cancellation my emails to support have been ignored. I did call them last week & they were pretty hopeless & wouldn't even check against my email address
Hi Ellave, Good Guys refunded $158 to my Amex account. I suggest when you write to Good Guys, provide them the screen shots of the all 3 lots of $158 debited to your credit card (proven of charges ). You give them the full name on the card that was charged, card numbers, your contact details and your email. Then follow up by a call to the Good Guys to see did they receive your email or not. That will expedite the process.
Thanks, I called them again this morning & spoke to someone who was more helpful she actually looked for my payments & saw them & started the refund process. Said she would follow up with an email so will see
