20% off Dick Smith on eBay. Planning to buy Apple Macbook Pro. Is it the best deal that I can get? Please share if there is a better deal.

Not from Dick Smith.
They jack their prices up heavily. Better off waiting for a 10% sale with a New MacBook Pro as mentioned above ^
Plus it's harder to claim warranty (not saying it's impossible, just difficult)
