Cheap (womens) hair stylist in Adelaide

Anyone know a good place to get a decent ladies haircut and blowdry cheap in Adelaide? I think the average price is around maybe $30-$40 (excluding salons like hair machine, Toni & Guy etc)?
Im thinking of trying the Hairhouse Warehouse salon, anyone have an idea on the price? Or maybe ClipJoint, on one of their student training nights, but Im kinda scared they might cut my ear off :S
Also, if they, or any other good salons do student discounts?
