PricePal seems like they still record your transactions, however they haven't paid out since January.
I also have a bit that are approved, however they don't seem to be moving to be paid.
I have about $30 of frozen cashback money. Anyone else have this issue?
What did they say when you messaged them?
They didn't respond to me me when I emailed them about my pay out.

Same. I still haven't been paid out for some hotel stays from January. I emailed them after the last thread last week about this. Have received no response.

Here is part of their response to my email two weeks ago.
"We acknowledge that the lag in payments has been far too long, including with regards to your account. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing some delays in payments from a number of our partner retailers, which in turn has resulted in delays in payments to our community. This is not an excuse, however I am sharing this information with you to ensure transparency and honesty.
We will be working hard over the coming weeks to pay out all overdue cashback amounts, including your overdue payment of $5.57, over the coming six to eight weeks."
I complained on their Facebook page about not giving the right amount of cashback, they responded quickly then.
Same issue for me, contacted them three times this year about similar situation, they replied about rebuild and transition to a new Platform and hence the late payments. Although they still paid out nothing after the quoted time frame about rectification.
I've been using CashRewards (and lately, ShopBack) since.
It just paid out 4 days ago. I guess they aren't dead yet… But I would probably avoid them for not being transparent about issues.
Got paid a few days ago.
Got a payment on 10 August (a week ago). Things have definitely slowed down for me with PricePal. I still use them for Woolworths egift money as that is instant. Lisa at PricePal helpdesk has always been nice in emails. Maybe PricePal is understaffed and are at an age where they have accumulated a backlog of problem recorded transactions and payers.
I have $10.25 sitting in "Approved" which is seven months old. I also have $31.12 in "Recorded", all from March 2017.
I got paid $12.69 on the 10th August 2018 for the retailers following - many from 2017. So maybe PricePal are 'catching up', which is good of them. My previous payment was 24-May-2018. From January 2018 and before, my payments were regular (monthly):

Wish I saw the posts about PricePal before deciding to use them for a $1200 transaction.
Click wasn't recorded and it says ebay doesn't accept enquiries for missed transactions.
Cashback business these days are pretty much Cashrewards or Shopback since last year. Just have an issue I have used Pricepal for purchase early this year in April. A transaction from Agoda have been tracked smoothly also still have about $10 in the account not cashout.
The Agoda transaction is still in record mode until today and my cash still in the account right now. Have recently submit contact us enquiries on their website TWICE, no response. Total about $20 owed us by Pricepal. Should have used cashrewards seriously at the time if you tell me now.
Anyone have similar issue have transaction yet cleared, money in the account and no one response from Pricepal?
I also have ~$5 pending from last year. Just sent an email via contact form basically asking "are you dead?" and will report back if I have received anything.
With fierce competition between Cashrewards & ShopBack this year I can't see how PricePal could survive. It saddens me as PricePal, formally known as StartHere, formally known as MoneyBackCo, was the first cashback site we supported more than 10 years ago.
I loved their feature of referral bonus…so once upon a time i referred pretty much 50-70 people…and got $500 in my pricepal account. So everytime they pay me cashback for my shopping, they paid me same amount from my referral bonus.
It was $10 or even $20 per referral!
So have emailed pp a number of times, some responses including "Yes we are still active but as of now our technical team are still on the process on improving our site, so while we do this we have to freeze our merchants and once done we will let our users know via email when merchants are back on."
Also the last payout from transactions from 2017 have been paid out today 15/5/19, so perhaps have to continue the multiple emails to get money we are owed?
I agree with scotty that when was MBC was good and one of the first going which I utilised too.
Finally, I received my last payout a few weeks ago.

I believe I still had an amount of cashback waiting to be paid out, but I can no longer check this or know how to contact them.

Make sure you keep onto it otherwise they won’t be chasing you
@Jase1: Yes, I had to chase them a fair bit. I had to use a combination of both messenger and email to receive replies and resolution. I have now finally received payment!

Thanks for the email address . I have now emailed them got a reply but each few days they ask for my bank details which I keep sending them . Today got an email with the amount they want to deposit but again asking for bank details which have given them again . See what happens next or is this a delay tactic ?
I an a bit wary of giving them bank account details by email. I asked them if they can pay via PayPal email address but no reply yet.

Is there a minimum payout with Pricepal? I think I had mine set to automatic but I can't remember the amount.
I totally forgot about the site. Qwibble was another cashback site which disappeared without trace.
Wonder if having your bank account details stored with these sites is of concern?
I didn’t know my balance as they have basically closed the site down but when I emailed them they came back with an amount. Received an update the other day saying will be paid in the next payment dump. Will wait and see
