This is part of the clearance sale that was mentioned here, but that post did not mention the most attractive bulb there, a 20W 2000 lumen 4000K one.

Here's a photo of the specs on the box.

This is the manufacturer; it looks like that series of bulbs was their attempt at breaking into the consumer market which they've now abandoned.

They have a C-Tick so they shouldn't cause interference (e.g. with your TV).

There were maybe 30 left when I was there. If you buy "a box" you can get them for $1 each, but I'm not sure what constitutes a box!

    If the LEDs are flat you can pull the plastic cover off. I did this with the first lifx colour bulbs.

      Good tip! I just had a look at mine, the top actually unscrews which makes removal easy.

      @eug: If you need to diffuse the light (although I'm sure you have a need for a crazy 20W of LED lighting!)
      - Baking Paper taped or folded over the edges of the light cover works well =)
